when will my order be delivered and can i track my order?

All orders take 5 - 10 working days to process and ship. When your package is shipped, you will get a shipping confirmation email from us with a tracking number. You can enter the tracking number via DPD for more information. If you haven’t received your items or confirmation email in 20 - 25 working days, please email us at info@garycard.co.uk to let us know.

why can’t i see my shipping?

Please note that DPD may not update as quickly. Please check the updated status after 24 - 48 hours of receiving our shipping confirmation email. We really appreciate your patience and understanding.

What is your refunds/exchange policy?

We are happy to offer a full refund or exchange on selected items if you are not happy with your purchase. Please fill in the cancellation/returns form here and return your package within 14 days of receipt with your return slip enclosed in your package. Please see our Shipping and Returns policy for more information.

How do i return or cancel an order?

 If for any reason you’re not happy with your purchase or change your mind, please fill in our cancellation and returns form here to start the return/cancellation process. Please also include the return slip found attached with your order. If for any reason you have lost your return slip, please download one here and enclose it with your return. Please note, all return/exchange postage is not covered by garycard.co.uk and will need to be covered by the customer. This includes all custom fees and taxes. We are also unable to cancel orders once orders have been sent.

What is your refund policy?

 If for any reason you’re not happy with your purchase, we offer a refund within 14 days of receipt on selected items only. Please ensure all items intended for refund are still new and unused, with all the labels and tags intact and in the original packaging. Please fill in the cancellation/returns form here and return your package within 14 days of receipt with your return slip enclosed in your package.

Please note that in some instances, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. This includes personalised, made to order, custom, sale items as well as products which have had their protective seals or strips removed or damaged. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please note that there are exceptions to our returns policy, and we would strongly recommend referring to our Terms & Conditions for more information.

What items can i refund and/or exchange?

Only selected items are available for refunds, returns and exchanges. This excludes all custom orders, made to order and sale items. Gary Card and Superfluous Flourish Ltd. will only refund the cost of delivery if your order is incorrect or faulty. If the item was faulty when you receive it, please notify us within 14 days of receipt. Gary Card and Superfluous Flourish Ltd. cannot be held responsible for faulty items due to long term wear and tear. This extends to any scratches, loss of shine and discolourations due to lack of care, prolonged exposure to sun or mishandling of goods.

How long does it take to get a refund?

All refunds will be processed within 7 working days of us receiving your order back by post. We will refund you the original purchase price for your order provided that you return the items to us in a saleable condition with all its original packaging, unused and with all its tags and labels within 14 days of receipt. Upon processing your refund, you will be refunded to your original payment method. If this is to a debit/credit card it will usually appear in your account within five working days after processing, depending on your card issuer.

Will i get refunded the delivery charge when i return an item?

Gary Card and Superfluous Flourish Ltd. will only refund the cost of delivery if your order is incorrect or faulty. Please note, this applies to all orders made both locally in the UK and Internationally.

Can I cancel my order before it has been dispatched?

You can cancel or update your order up to 24hrs after placing your order as long as items have not been shipped. We will try to accommodate any changes on your order after which products will be prepared and shipped out up to 14 business days after for standard shipping. Please email info@garycard.co.uk to cancel an order or update your order information.

Gary Card and Superfluous Flourish Ltd. reserves the right to cancel any order due to unauthorised, altered, or ineligible use of offer or payment and to modify or cancel this promotion due to system error or unforeseen problems.

What payment methods do you accept?

We work with Squarespace and Stripe which accepts all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, JCB and American Express. We also accept payment via PayPal which are available in over 200 countries; supporting over 25 currencies. Handling fees and/or Paypal fees may apply. Can I claim VAT back for any orders made?

For orders to the UK, UK VAT is applied.. For international orders, UK VAT is not applicable and will be deducted from the price shown on the website during checkout. Local taxes and duties may be applied to your order during customs.

Can I change my address on my order once I have placed it?

Once an order is confirmed and dispatched, we regret to inform you that you cannot change the delivery address. In the event an order has been placed but not dispatched, please cancel the order by submitting our cancellations and returns form here and re-order it using the correct address. We will be able to change delivery addresses as long as the package has not been booked and/or dispatched.

What packaging will my order be shipped in?

All prints and posters are covered and shipped in a cardboard tube.

how do i unsubscribe to your emails?

You can unsubscribe by opting out at the bottom of our emails, or alternatively contacting our Customer Services team at info@garycard.co.uk.

What currencies can i pay in?

All prices seen on our website are set in Great British Pounds (GBP) £ . Any prices paid will be converted via Squarespace or your own bank. Charges may apply. Gary Card and Superfluous Flourish are not liable for these charges.

what VAT is charged on my order?

If you are buying goods for delivery to a UK address, then we will charge UK VAT where applicable. The price is presented on the British Pound prices on the website. If you are shopping in a different currency, UK VAT will be updated when you select a UK delivery address at checkout.

If you are buying goods for delivery to an international address, then we will deduct UK VAT where applicable. This is already reflected in the prices on the website if you are browsing an international country. If you are browsing in UK, UK VAT will be updated when you select an international delivery address at checkout.

what happens if my order gets stuck at customs?

There could be many reasons as to why your order is stuck at customs. Please check with your local courier and/or customs office for more information. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to handle any relevant taxes, customs and duties on the order in accordance with the relevant state laws before your order may be release. Please note: If you would like to return your order, custom fees will not be refunded.

how does brexit affect my purchase?

For UK customers, Brexit will not affect your purchases and you can continue to shop as usual.

For European customers, due to changes in international shipping charges, all orders being shipped to an address in Europe (excluding UK) placed after 31 December 2020 are subject to duties, which are automatically calculated and added at the checkout.

Our international customers from outside the EU can continue to shop VAT-free online with no changes. All orders however are subjected to your local customs and taxes. It is your responsibility to handle any relevant taxes, customs and duties on the order in accordance with the relevant state laws.

Do you offer gift wrapping, personalisation or custom services?

Unfortunately we are unable to offer such services at the moment.

Will you be getting more stock?

Some items are limited runs and can be seen in our product page before purchase. These items will not be restocked however items that are not limited runs will definitely be restocked and may take some time.Please check back again to find out if we have the item you are interested in. Alternatively, you can sign up to our newsletters to get updates on new items and when items are back in stock.
