Covid-19 Update
UK Shipping: Currently, there have been no major changes to the way we dispatch or ship our orders. Normal deliveries should take place in almost all parts of the UK; however, some areas are experiencing varying levels of delivery disruption.

International Shipping: Due to COVID-19, delays should be expected. Many countries have implemented special measures to combat the spread of COVID-19, especially for signature service to maintain social distancing. 

Shipping Method and Delivery Time
We use DPD Tracked Shipping on all our domestic and international orders. All orders are shipped within 5 - 10 working days after order has been placed. Our delivery days include Monday - Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive an email when your order has shipped along with a tracking number provided by the courier service.

We are currently unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes & BFPO addresses both Domestic and International.

Europe and International Orders
At this current moment, we are unable to provide a standard shipping price for countries outside of the UK. Please fill in our form here or contact us at info@garycard.co.uk regarding any orders outside the UK to get a quote.

All Europe and International order delivery times quoted are approximate and are at the discretion of the local delivery services in each country.
Please note that during sale times and other busy periods deliveries might take longer.

Taxes and Duties
Handling and custom fees may apply to packages sent outside the UK. This includes Ireland and Europe. Any duties payable will be the sole responsibility of the customer and may need to be paid at the time of delivery.

Please note: If you would like to return your order, custom fees will not be refunded.

Returns and Exchanges
We hope you are happy with your purchase. Gary Card and Superfluous Flourish Ltd. are happy to exchange or refund your items in its original condition within 14 days of receipt. Please note this date begins on the date that we send you an order dispatch email. We can only exchange an item for the same new item or one of similar value. Certain items may not be eligible for exchange. Please fill in the contact form here or contact us at info@garycard.co.uk if you are unsure or if you may require more information.

All our prints are carefully packed and undergo quality checks before being shipped out. However, faults can occur or get damaged in the post. All selected items have a 14 day warranty period. Please see our Terms and Conditions in relation to faulty items. In the event that a faulty item is lost due to mishandled shipping, Gary Card and Superfluous Flourish Ltd. cannot be held liable for this. Gary Card and Superfluous Flourish Ltd. will not be responsible for any packages stolen upon delivery but will do our best to help.

​Please complete the online form here for applicable return and refund of goods. Please also complete the return slip that came with your order and include it with the items being sent back. Please also indicate on the return slip if you would rather exchange the goods and which piece you would like to receive or if you would like to receive a refund. All parcels are the customer's responsibility until they reach us and a refund will not be given until we have received them and gone through quality checks. We recommend that you send your returns using a recorded or signed for service post and that you retain proof of postage. For international returns, clearly label your parcel as 'RETURNED GOODS' to avoid further handling and customs fees. Failure to do so are the sole responsibility of the customer. Gary Card and Superfluous Flourish Ltd. are not responsible for non-delivery of returned items.

Refunds are normally processed within 7 working days after receiving the returned goods and all refunds will be made to the method of payment originally used when placing your order.

Gary Card and Superfluous Flourish Ltd. will only refund the cost of delivery if your order is incorrect or faulty. If the item was faulty when you receive it, please notify us within 14 days of receipt. Please note that only selected items are available for refunds, returns and exchanges. Brexit
For UK customers, Brexit will not affect your purchases and you can continue to shop as usual. From 1 January 2021, any purchases made online for delivery to addresses in Ireland will face custom duties and taxes. From 1 January 2021, any purchases made online for delivery to addresses within the European Union will not be subject to UK VAT but will be charged your own country’s VAT at the border as well as duties and taxes. At the same time, any relevant local taxes and duties will be added to your order at checkout, so there are no surprises and no further duties to be paid when the order is delivered. Our international customers from countries outside the European Union can continue to shop online with no changes. Non-EU countries will not have to pay UK VAT but will likely have to pay their own duties and taxes once item is in their country. Gary Card and Superfluous Flourish are not liable for any of these taxes, customs and duties.

Payment
UK VAT charges are included in all products before checkout. Delivery charges to the UK are automatically calculated when selecting the country of delivery on the checkout page.

We work with Squarespace and Stripe which accepts all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, JCB and American Express.
We also provide a secondary payment option via PayPal which are available in over 200 countries; supporting over 25 currencies.
